Watermelon Bread
Enjoy your favorite summer fruit in a less healthy and more delicious form. This Watermelon Bread looks very similar that giant green fruit; featuring a green and black exterior and that rich reddish pink interior. While this might look a little strange to us, Watermelon toast is a staple food in Taiwan. The bread get its color using powered green tea, strawberry, and bamboo charcoal. I’m sure we are all wondering if it really tastes like watermelon… and what spread they would put on it if it does. Guess we’ll have to go to Taiwan to find out.
